Dream Education Consulting wants students with disabilities to have equal access to Dr. Whoo and is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our approach

We design for keyboard access, screen readers, text enlargement, sufficient color contrast, reduced motion, clear labels and instructions, and alternatives to voice input. We test the purchase, account, brainstorming, essay-review, and support experiences as the service changes.

Request help or an accommodation

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an alternative way to use a feature or receive a document, email whooknowscollege@icloud.com. Please describe the page or feature, the assistive technology or browser you use if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible and will not charge an additional fee for an accessibility accommodation.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We welcome feedback and will prioritize barriers that prevent someone from purchasing, creating an account, accessing paid tools, submitting writing, or receiving results.
