What is Dr. Whoo?
Dr. Whoo is a college-essay coaching service operated by Dream Education Consulting. It helps high-school students find authentic essay material, organize their own ideas, and strengthen drafts through clearly labeled AI feedback or personal review by a human college-admissions counselor.
Dr. Whoo is designed for U.S. and international students applying to U.S. colleges. It supports Common App personal statements, UC Personal Insight Questions, and supplemental essays. It does not write application essays for students and does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or any particular result.

Essay Brainstorm
A guided 60-minute experience that helps a student surface possible stories, identify a promising direction, and leave with useful details, a hook, and an outline. The student writes the essay.
Dr. Whoo AI Review
Immediate, AI-generated feedback on one personal statement, including unlimited revisions during the included 30-day period. No human counselor reviews this option.
AI Essay Bundle
The complete Essay Brainstorm plus unlimited Dr. Whoo AI reviews of one personal statement for 30 days beginning with the first completed review. It does not include human review.
Expert Human Review
A real college-admissions counselor personally reviews the submitted draft and returns detailed feedback in a Google Doc within 72 hours of complete submission.
Expert Essay Bundle
The complete Essay Brainstorm followed by one Expert Human Review of the student's completed draft, normally delivered within 72 hours of complete submission.
Express Expert Review
The human expert-review service with delivery within 24 hours of complete submission, subject to availability.

AI features use the Dr. Whoo framework to ask questions or generate feedback. Human-review products are personally read by a real counselor. Product names, checkout choices, and the review experience identify the selected type.
Academic-integrity position
Dr. Whoo is a coaching and feedback service. It helps students uncover ideas, test specificity, understand structure, and identify revision priorities. It will not invent experiences or write an application essay for submission. Students retain responsibility for every word they submit.
Privacy and essay handling
- Students retain ownership of their essays, answers, and other submitted content.
- WhoKnowsCollege does not sell personal information or use student essays to train its own AI model.
- AI features send the information needed to respond securely to OpenAI through server-side functions.
- Responses API storage is disabled. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard API data controls.
- Stripe processes payments; WhoKnowsCollege does not see or store full card numbers.
- Students can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing whooknowscollege@icloud.com.

Refunds and support
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the service has been substantially used or delivered. A completed AI brainstorm or essay review is no longer refundable, and a human review is no longer refundable after review work begins. If Dr. Whoo cannot provide purchased access, the service is materially defective, or applicable law requires otherwise, we will provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund. Requests and other support questions may be sent from the purchase email address to whooknowscollege@icloud.com.

Dr. Whoo is operated by Dream Education Consulting and is part of the WhoKnowsCollege platform. The service applies a college-essay framework developed through the team's work with more than 10,000 students.
