Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Dr. Whoo ("Dr. Whoo," "we," "us"), a service operated by Dream Education Consulting, at whooknowscollege.com. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

Dr. Whoo provides college-essay support, including:

Prices are shown at checkout. We may update our offerings and prices over time; the price you paid at purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Eligibility and minors

Dr. Whoo is intended for high-school students working on college applications. You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit personal information. If you are under 18, you may use Dr. Whoo only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may close the account and delete its personal information.

Payment, delivery, and refunds

No guarantee of admission

Dr. Whoo helps you tell your story more clearly and powerfully. However, college admissions decisions depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, or any specific outcome. Any examples or results shown are representative, not promises.

Your work is your own (academic integrity)

Dr. Whoo is a coaching and feedback tool. We help you find your ideas and sharpen your writing — we do not write your essay for you, and you agree to submit only your own authentic work to colleges. The final essay, and the responsibility for it, is yours. You are responsible for reviewing your application for accuracy before you submit it anywhere.

Ownership of your content

You keep ownership of the essays, answers, and other content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the services to you (for example, to generate brainstorm feedback or prepare your review). We don't claim your work as our own, sell it, or use it to train third-party AI models.

Acceptable use

Please use Dr. Whoo only for its intended purpose. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit content that isn't yours to submit, or use it for anything unlawful.

AI output and service availability

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for the student's own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all feedback and application materials before relying on or submitting them. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, and we will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access or provide an appropriate remedy when a purchased service cannot be delivered.

Accounts and suspension

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used to provide services to others. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect students, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or protect the service. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us.

Accessibility and accommodations

We want students with disabilities to have equal access to Dr. Whoo. If any part of the service is difficult to use with assistive technology or you need a reasonable accommodation or alternative format, email whooknowscollege@icloud.com. We will work with you promptly and will not charge an additional fee for an accessibility accommodation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Whoo and Dream Education Consulting are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
